Calahonda – Staring construction of two bedroom - two bathroom apartment, utility room and storage in a private house. Fazes: Build up dividing walls, electrical, plumbing, ventilation system, making floors, suspending ceiling, Supply and install - interior doors, double glassed windows, wardrobes, kitchen, bathroom furniture, lay out tiles.
September, Octuber, Noviembre – We completed refurbishment of 7 apartments in Riviera del Sol.
Calahonda - Has been build bodega, gymnasium and Jacuzzi area in private house .
August – Nueva Andalucía, has been finished construction swimming pool with automatic pool cover, 290m2 terrace, Porch, House decoratining
- Have started summer season with winning maintenance and cleaning contract of 30 flats in apartment hotel In Fuengirola
- Our holiday’s properties have been booked over 90% for a week or fortnights.
- Have been signed few contracts for property management for a house in Alhaurin Golf and Apartment in San Pedro.

In Miraflores have been started refurbishment of another 3 apartments.
14.6. Budha Beach
Hot tube with a cascade have been finished, decing and plant decoration have been arranged around it.
12.6.2008.
– Complete flat refurbishment – two bed and two bathroom apartment in Fuengirola has been renovated inclusive retiling, plastering, decorating, kitchen fitted, electrical and plumbing
10.6.2008 Make over 3 holidays flats
New kitchen fitting, new bathroom fitting, retiling and redecorating of the apartments as well as windows and doors replacement.
8.5.2008 House refurbishment
Complete house refurbishmet has been started in Riviera del Sol. New marble floring will be lay out, the walls will be smooth finished and redecorated. New bathroom utilitys will be installed as well as shower cabinet will be buid up. Kitchen net will be supplied and installed.
3.5.2008 Splash pool and a water feaure
A design and construction of Splash pool and a water fature are started in an a cosy beach club named Budha Beach in Nueva Andalucia.

19.03.2008 House and batroom extension
The house extension in a stage of building proces - Finca in Estepona. The living room extenntion and two floor bathroom extension are buid up.
18.03.2008 Retainal wall, swimming pool and terrace costruction
A swimming pool costruction and surrond area design has been stared in Nueva Andalucia. Retainal wall construction nas been finished in the same project.
17.03.2008 Apartments reform
Part of our team have been start apartment renovation - including decorating, retiling all floors. Doble glazed slide windows and apatiuo door will be supplied and install. The interior doors will be replaced with oak wooden door as well will be supplied aand installed security door. The project is situated in Marbella.
11.03.2008 Pool refurbishment
Our tread masters have been done swimming pool refurbishment in Nueva Andalucia. The pool has been retiled, all coping stones have been changed and a new heating pump has been instaled.
25.02.2008 Project in Torrenueva
We have been finished a house refurbishment and building extension in Torrenueva. Below it is showed a new cinema room and the bathroom in completely finished design.
20.02.2008 Spring clean
Spring cleaning has been done in two storey villa consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room,kitchen, office and 3 terraces. The villa is sutuated in Torrequebrada, Benalmadena
13.02.2008 New building project
Our manager has been submited a building permission for construction of swimming pool and house. The building work will be start this week. The project is in Estepona.
11.02.2008 Retainal wall and pool costruction
A work agreement has been sign in Nueva Andalucia. The contain of it is building a retainal wall , Reconstruction of the porche, Terrace and Swimming pool construction and landscaping. The duration of the project is 60 working days.
